Honeymoon Pics- Zion National Park

Zion National Park... Such a neat place.

After we left the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, we headed north to Utah to go to Zion NP. We ended up getting there early enough to get some sight seeing in before it got too dark. We spent about an hour there and left the park to go to a KOA campground near by. We got up early and went back to the park and spent a couple hours. It started getting cloudy later in the morning, and the lighting wasn't so great for taking pictures. It was a beautiful place though and I would love to go back someday.

Park entrance.

Sunset.

Our camp spot at the KOA.

Zion the next morning.

Subie gettin' in on some photo action.

Rocks and very blue skies.

More awesome rock formations. The layers are so cool.

Red, white and blue.

One of two tunnels we went through.

Lookin' old school.

Sun is coming up.

This was on the bus/tram we rode through the park.

This is the bus. They have a certain portion of the park closed off to cars, so you ride these free buses. Neat, but you can only stop in certain places.

Next up, Bryce Canyon!
